Community Residential Services -  Community residential services cover training and/or habilitation, ongoing residential care and supportive services that are individualized and based on the person’s needs. This may include increasing and maintaining the person’s physical, intellectual, emotional and social function in the following areas: assistance with activities of daily living, communication skills, community participation and mobility, health care, household management, interpersonal skills, leisure and recreation, medication oversight to the extent permitted under state law (e.g., Minn. Stat. 245D.05), money management, positive behavior and mental health support, self-care, sensory and motor development, and socialization.

Crisis Respite - A specialized service that provides both short-term care and intervention to a person due to the need for all the following: relief and support of the caregivers, protection of the person or others living with the person, and specific behavioral or medical intervention strategies to meet the person’s crisis-related needs.

Respite - Short-term care services provided to a person when their primary caregiver is absent or needs relief. 

Individualized Home Supports with Training - covers support and/or training in the four community living services categories: community participation, health/safety/wellness, household management, and adaptive skills.

Homemaker (Cleaning) - Homemaker cleaning services include home cleaning tasks exclusively, such as light housekeeping tasks and laundry services. Homemaker cleaning also includes monitoring the person’s well-being while in the home, including home safety.
